1. Scope

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with Watch Mody's, Frank Müller.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit it.

3. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted include the applicable statutory value added tax.
Payment can be made either by prepayment, PayPal, credit card or other payment methods offered during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided. Shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.
Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days, unless otherwise stated.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right Right of withdrawal to, as described in the cancellation policy on this website.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
For custom-made products (z.B. For individually modified watches, the right of withdrawal may be limited; you can find more details in the cancellation policy.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part.
For simple negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
